About
A room built on substance.
Our story
WomanCEO began in 2008 as a quiet dinner of nine women in Brooklyn — a banker, a novelist, a pediatric surgeon, a film editor, a city planner, and four founders trying to make payroll.
We kept meeting. The dinners turned into circles. The circles turned into a network. Today, 2,400 members across 31 cities meet for mentorship, salons, and the kind of capital — financial and otherwise — that moves careers forward.
We are deliberately small. We are deliberately serious. We are deliberately warm.
01
Substance over reach
We host fewer events for fewer people, and we go deeper.
02
Practitioners only
Members are working operators, builders, and makers — not pundits.
03
Quiet ambition
We don't perform success. We compound it.
